The Tiers

The Tiers is managed by Alpha Properties, and with a name like the latter, you really need to be the best at what you do. And, Will Taylor the business proprietor, is most certainly at the top of his game. He takes on difficult Queenstown property developments, in terms of site topography and access, and creates the region’s most spectacular homes with views equal to none. Full credit it to him!

When Will approached Swordfox to assist him with creating property marketing materials, we stepped up to the challenge. As Will is time poor and needs to focus on what he does best, we agreed that the best way to manage the project was for Swordfox to interview him to get a good briefing about what he did and didn't know he wanted. He then, more or less, handed over the reigns and let us get on with the job. We created a modern, sophisticated and luxurious look for the brochure which features stunning Queenstown photography, 3D property renders, property floor plans and creative copywriting. We also used a trusted Queenstown print company and managed this project with them to ensure a seamless design to print result on a beautiful textured stock that didn't cost the earth.

We also carry out additional projects for Will's Alpha Properties in the print and online sphere, managing advertising for construction job vacancies. We often use Facebook's paid advertising service to reach a targeted amount of people in specific locations around New Zealand.
